Using CO2 fluid in supercritical state as the extraction solvent, it realizes efficient separation under low temperature and oxygen-free conditions, fully retaining the active ingredients and natural aroma of raw materials.
Under appropriate pressure and temperature, CO2 enters a supercritical state with strong solubility and permeability. It fully contacts with plant raw materials to dissolve essential oils and active components. Then through pressure and temperature regulation, CO2 is converted back to gas state, separating from the target extract to obtain high-purity essential oil without solvent residue.
